When the conductor is cooled to a critically low temperature, free electrons take their places in the atoms, that is, free electrons disappear, forming the superconductivity of the conduction current. 4. When a positron current is applied to the junction and propagates around the p – n junction from plus to minus, the positron flux attracts the free electrons of the blocking layer and moves them to the n region where they fill holes. As a result, the barrier layer disappears, and the positrons move freely through the p – n junction.
